At WarpTrigger, we want you to be completely satisfied with our precision-timed execution services. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

New Subscribers: If you're not satisfied with WarpTrigger within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we'll provide a full refund of your subscription fee.

Eligibility: This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and covers the first payment made for any subscription plan.

Pro-rated Refunds

Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription after the 30-day guarantee period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on unused months, subject to the following conditions:

  • • Refund requests must be made within 90 days of the billing date
  • • Account must be in good standing with no policy violations
  • • Pro-rated amount is calculated based on full months remaining
  • • Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount

Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are generally not eligible for partial refunds due to the short billing cycle, except within the 30-day guarantee period for new subscribers.

Service Issues & Downtime

Extended Downtime: If our service experiences extended downtime that significantly impacts your ability to use WarpTrigger, you may be eligible for service credits or partial refunds.

Service Credits: For qualifying downtime incidents, we may provide service credits to extend your subscription rather than monetary refunds. Credits are applied automatically to your account.

Note: Brief maintenance windows and minor service interruptions are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Non-refundable Scenarios

The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:

  • • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • • Failure to cancel before automatic renewal (after the 30-day guarantee)
  • • Unused portions of monthly subscriptions (except for new subscribers within 30 days)
  • • Issues caused by third-party integrations or external services
  • • User error in trigger configuration or setup
  • • Change of mind after the applicable refund period
Refund Process

How to Request: To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and reason for the refund request.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method according to your bank or credit card company's policies.

Communication: We'll acknowledge your refund request within 24 hours and provide updates on the status. You'll receive confirmation when the refund is processed.

Important: Refunds are processed through FastSpring, our payment processor. Some payment methods may take longer to reflect the refund.

Cancellation vs Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't automatically trigger a refund.

Service Access: After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your account then reverts to the free tier.

Refund Request: If you want a refund in addition to cancellation, you must separately request it according to this policy.

Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and communicated to active subscribers via email. The policy in effect at the time of your subscription governs your refund eligibility.
