Price Changes: We may modify subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes affecting their next billing cycle.

Limitation: In no event shall WarpTrigger be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account deletion features in your profile.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or non-payment of fees.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period for backup and legal compliance purposes.
